 Dear TVC,                              

 The low rate's to be below 1100cc?     

Bloody hell, I bought a second hand     

1.2cc Fiesta last year in the belief it 

would be in the low rate!               

 So, how many cars in Britain today are 

under 1100cc?

 As I said last week, Fred, I beleived  

 all the pre-publicity like you, and    

 thought the break point was going to be

 1600cc.  I think he must have made a   

         last minute change.  Indeed, I 

         too wonder how many there are.
