unfortunate choice of phrase, "blow the 

whistle"...

 Don't know about unfortunate, perhaps  

 an interesting choice of phrase though,

 Fred.  Perhaps the lady often performs 

 in the woodwind section; of her local  

 orchestra I mean, of course!  I must   

 confess to not having noticed the exact

 wording when I answered the original   

         letter, though I have a slight 

         suspicion it was deliberate!
