I'd like to see bonus schemes reward    

everyone who contributed to a firm's    

success according to the importance of  

their contribution - perhaps as a       

proportion of basic salaries, assuming  

they reflect levels of responsibility.

 It means that my wife and I have to do 

 extra hours with no chance of US taking

 any more money for doing so.  And they 

         said this government were going

         to SUPPORT small business!
