Wednesday (27/1/99) had a good go at    

Geoffrey Robinson, giving a long list   

of dubious-sounding financial dealings  

such as overlapping mortgages. If the   

progamme's information is even partly   

correct, he should have gone earlier.

 This overlapping mortgage lark seems to

 have suddenly become quite widespread. 

 I've spoken to a number of people over 

         the last weeks who quietly have

         more than one mortgage running.
