 Dear TVC,                              

Another problem with the abrupt closure 

of the London node is that infrequent   

users of SV in London might not have    

noted any other numbers, and/or might   

have thought the London numbers going   

meant SV had closed. We can't put them  

right unless they find us again! :-(

 That's a valid point, Peter.  All we   

 can hope is that they've kept the old  

 newsletters that gave all the numbers, 

         including the helpline; so they

         can call and ask if in trouble.
